Which Mothers Day Flowers Report
Consumer research company which? have been investigating the online Mothers Day Flowers market and suggest that bouquets delivered by some online florists bear little resemblance to those advertised in pictures on the website.
In an extract of the survey, the Telegraph reports about a bunch from low-cost supermarket Aldi:
The Pink Rose and Lily Bouquet sold by the cut-price retailer Aldi was the cheapest surveyed and scored the lowest mark, with the panel criticising its foliage and “quite skinny” lilies.
Marks and Spencer flowers were rated rather more favourably:
Marks & Spencer’s Large Serene Bouquet was judged a “very good match” to the online picture by the panel of gardening experts, receiving the highest overall rating, many bouquets failed to impress.
